ABOUT
Yuris Mulya Saputra is currently a lecturer and researcher in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication), Department of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Vocational College, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). He has recently completed his Ph.D study and was a casual academic at the School of Electrical and Data Engineering (SEDE), University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. He was also a researcher on the Ubiquitous Communications for 5G Networks project funded by Intel Corporation, the USA in 2019. He graduated with a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech), Seoul, South Korea in 2014. He was a researcher on the Wi-Fi standard IEEE802.11ax HEW (i.e., Wi-Fi6/6E) project funded by LG Corporation, South Korea between 2014 and 2015, and an application software developer at Digital Appliance Division, Samsung Electronics from 2010 to 2012. He received a B.S. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Bandung, Indonesia in 2010. He has published 7 high-quality Q1 IEEE journals, 6 IEEE flagship conference papers, and 1 book chapter on Cambridge University Press during his Ph.D study, and more paperwork is still in the pipeline. He is the Top 1 Reviewer in UGM based on Publons version, the Exemplary Reviewer 2020 of IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, a TPC Member and Reviewer for IEEE VTC, WCNC, and GLOBECOM Conferences, and a Reviewer for various IEEE Q1 journals.
